ABOUT NARELLE LEE

Narelle Lee is the Master of Performance.  She is an author, speaker, and the go to person women turn to when they are ready to step out of the shadows and take centre stage of their lives.

She is the master of getting things done, and is not afraid to challenge the status quo and has an unparalleled ability to think outside the square.  Driven by an unrelenting determination to succeed, Narelle has made it her life’s work to study the key drivers of success and knows what works.  She walks her talk, constantly challenging herself, investing in her personal growth, and never allowing herself to be confined by limits.  She lives by the credo “anything is possible” and over the years she has proved that age, physical challenges or social mores do not limit what is possible.

This indomitable spirit has taken Narelle from the couch to the finish line of the toughest day in sport – Ironman Triathlon and she continues to be a passionate back of the pack athlete, using her own sporting experiences as metaphors to show other women that size or age does not have to define what they can do.

Using proven techniques like hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy and other powerful techniques founded in the neurosciences balanced with a good dose of realism and plain old common sense, she shows women of all ages and backgrounds how they too can nurture their potential and create the outcomes they desire.

Her passion is showing people, especially mature women how sport can be a metaphor for change in their lives.  She is committed to seeing more women participate in sport, and not let the fact that they don’t look like a sports model dictate whether or not they participate.
